For the 2008 Winter season our Fireside Tavern restaurant schedule follows:

Continuing through winter into Spring we offer dinners every Friday and Saturday evening at 6:30/7:00 and luncheons on Sundays at 12:00/12:30 and 3:00/3:30.

We recommend guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their reservation to allot time for a wine tasting in our tasting room. A full flight wine tasting is $10 per person and includes our classic and limited production wines, and the glass may be kept as a souvenir. We have a $5 tasting available as well for a taste of any 5 wines (excluding Pontefract wine) and glass may be kept as a souvenir. Dining is a la carte with entree prices range from $22-$35.

Dining is by reservation only and requires a deposit by MC or Visa. Please note reservations fill quickly, typically 1-3 weeks in advance. Reservations are by phone only, please call us at 860-974-3549, ext. 10. We hope you can join us soon!

Chicken with Herbes de Provence
  A wood grilled free range boneless breast of chicken sprinkled with provinicial herbs, served with lemon thyme rice and Chef's choice of fresh vegetables.

Spicy Jamaican Chicken
  A wood grilled free range boneless breast of chicken that has been marinated in hot and spicy Jamaican Jerk Sauce, served with zippy fresh mango chutney - enjoy the Ballet of Angels with this entreé!

Filet Mignon
  Steakhouse prime wood grilled filet mignon served with Bearnaise sauce, gourmet herbed mashed potatoes and Chef's choice of fresh vegetables.

Delmonico Steak
  Steakhouse prime 16 oz wood grilled steak seasoned with a special five pepper rub, served with gourmet herbed mashed potatoes and Chef's choice of fresh vegetables.

Lamb Chops
  Two perfectly sized lamb chops grilled on the wood, served with gourmet herbed mashed potatoes and Chef's choice of fresh vegetables.

Swordfish
  Fresh swordfish marinated in our Chardonnay and wood grilled with fresh rosemary, served with fresh lemon and Chef's choice of vegetables.

Fillet of Salmon
  Wood grilled Atlantic salmon fillet with fresh herbs served with lemon thyme rice and Chef's choice of fresh vegetables.

Creole Shrimp
  Large and tender shrimp that have been marinated in a hot Louisiana Creole sauce and then wood grilled, served with lemon thyme rice and fresh mango chutney—enjoy the Ballet of Angels with this entrée!
